Meet the Owner
Yvan Igbinedion
Yvan learned hardwood flooring working beside a friend in the trade, then branched off on his own in 1986. He ran a large crew for many years. Today he runs it deliberately small — himself and Oscar, his lead craftsman of 27 years — because that's what it takes to do the caliber of work he wants his name on.
The same two pairs of hands are on your floor start to finish. No rotating subs, no nameless crew. It's built almost entirely on referrals and repeat contractor relationships — nearly four decades with essentially no advertising.

We come out, measure, read the subfloor moisture, and talk species, cut, finish and timeline — no charge.

Written Estimate
You get a written estimate with the species, finish system, and a clear timeline. Not a number on a card.

The Work
Dust containment, sanding grit sequence, staining, finish coats, and proper cure time. The same crew throughout.

Final Walkthrough
We walk the floor with you, answer questions, and leave written care instructions.
